Volovent Recette : Mushroom Vol Au Vents

8. Roll out your puff pastry and cut out 16 rounds.

9. Spoon the mushroom mixture onto 8 of the pastry rounds, then use the remaining 8 rounds of pastry to cover the mixture, pressing with a fork to seal the edges.

10. Brush each vol-au-vent with the beaten egg.

11. Place the vol-au-vent in the preheated oven and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
