Wow, have I got a treat for you all today! I recently stumbled across a Syrian classic that is going to revolutionize your salad game. This salad is so delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor that I can almost guarantee you’ll be coming back for seconds.

The Classic Syrian Salad

There’s no denying that this salad is a true classic. It’s been enjoyed in Syria for generations and is now making its way around the world. This salad is so simple to make and only requires a handful of fresh ingredients.

  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 2 small cucumbers, diced
  • 1 small white onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and sliced onion.
  2. Add in the chopped parsley and mint and toss everything together to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
