Recette Pistache : Épinglé Sur Bûche De Noël Facile

Hey y’all, Happy Holidays! I hope this Christmas season is treating y’all well. Today, I want to share an easy recipe for a bûche de Noël, which is basically a yule log cake for those who don’t know. This recipe is perfect for those who are new to baking and want to impress their family or friends with a traditional French dessert. Firstly, let’s start with the ingredients you’ll need: - ⅔ cups of all-purpose flour - ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder - ¼ teaspoon of salt - 6 eggs, separated - 1 cup of granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract - 1 cup of heavy cream - 5 tablespoons of unsalted butter, at room temperature Now that we have our ingredients sorted, it’s time to get started. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 15×10 inch (38x28cm) baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into a bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with ½ cup of the sugar and the vanilla extract until the mixture becomes pale and thick. Add the sifted dry ingredients to the egg yolk mixture and stir until everything is combined. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Gradually add the remaining sugar, one tablespoon at a time, whilst still beating the egg whites until they are smooth and glossy. Fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cake springs back to the touch. Once the cake has baked, flip it onto a clean towel and remove the parchment paper. Roll the cake up tightly, with the aid of the towel, and let it cool completely. Whilst the cake is cooling down, let’s prepare the filling. Beat the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, set aside. In another bowl, cream the butter until it becomes light and fluffy. Add the sugar to the butter and mix everything until it is well combined. Fold in the whipped cream to the butter mixture until everything is combined. Once the cake has completely cooled down, unroll it and spread the filling over the cake. Carefully roll the cake back up, covering it with the remaining filling on the outside. You can get creative and add some fun decorations to the outside of the cake using a knife, or any other tool of your choice. And that’s it y’all! A perfect bûche de Noël for your Christmas celebrations. This dessert is sure to impress your friends and family, and let’s be real, who doesn’t love a good yule log cake? I hope y’all enjoy this recipe and have a great holiday season. Bon appétit!
