For this delicious quiche, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 200g of smoked bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 25cl of liquid cream
  • 100g of grated cheese
  • 1 onion
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

To prepare the quiche, follow these simple steps:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Take your shortcrust pastry and line your mold with it. Prick the bottom with a fork and then place it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
