  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and mashed
  • 1 bunch of bok choy, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • Oil for frying

Now let’s assemble these bad boys: 1. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed tofu, bok choy, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. 2. Take a wrapper and place a small spoonful of filling in the center. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by crimping with your fingers. Repeat until all filling is used. 3.
