  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces of sour cream
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and chili powder.
  3. Add the tilapia fillets to the bowl and toss to coat the fish well.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet and add the fish fillets.
