3. Let it cool down for 5 minutes, and then, in a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, eggs, and sugar.

4. Add flour to the egg mixture, and whisk it well until the mixture is smooth.

5. Add the rum and the warm milk mixture to the egg and flour mixture and whisk it again. Make sure everything is well combined.

6. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

7. Once the mixture has rested for 24 hours, preheat your oven again to 220°C/425°F.

8. Butter the cannelé molds generously and fill each with the rested mixture.

9. Place the molds on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 220°C/425°F, then reduce the temperature to 180°C/350°F and bake for an additional 50-60 minutes or until they are golden brown.

10. Once finished, take them out of the oven and let them cool in the mold for a few minutes.

11. After a few minutes, remove them from the mold and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
