It’s a classic Russian dessert called Medovik and it’s just the perfect treat for any occasion. Let’s get started with the ingredients y’all gonna need: - 2 cups of flour - 2 eggs - 1 cup of sugar - 1 teaspoon of baking soda - 1 cup of sour cream - 1 cup of honey - 1 cup of butter Now that you got all your ingredients together, let’s get baking y’all! First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until you have a nice and smooth consistency. Now it’s time to add in the flour and baking soda, and mix everything together well. Next, it’s time to add in the sour cream and mix well once again. Now you’re gonna need to melt the butter and add it to your mixture. Keep mixing until everything is well combined. Now it’s time to roll out your dough y’all.
