Honeycomb Recipe

- Add the baking soda to the mixture and stir quickly. The mixture will begin to foam and turn lighter in color.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out with a spatula. Let it cool and harden for 30 minutes.
- Break the honeycomb into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
