Ingredients:

  • 200g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cherry tomatoes on it, drizzle with olive oil, add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. When the cherry tomatoes are done, let them cool for a few minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the burrata cheese by gently placing it on a serving plate.
  4. Add the roasted cherry tomatoes to the burrata cheese and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil leaves over the dish.
