Burrata with Cherry Tomato Confit

Our Burrata with Cherry Tomato Confit is a perfect blend of fresh and juicy cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata cheese and tangy balsamic vinegar which make this appetizer the perfect way to start a meal or an impressive main course guaranteed to impress your guests.
Ingredients:
- 200g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180C.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cherry tomatoes on it, drizzle with olive oil, add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
- When the cherry tomatoes are done, let them cool for a few minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the burrata cheese by gently placing it on a serving plate.
- Add the roasted cherry tomatoes to the burrata cheese and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil leaves over the dish.
